Your teacher will guide you every pop, bounce, and shake of the way, with breakdowns, step-by-step instruction, and plenty of hype. CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION

Students who attend and complete the full 3-day camp will receive an official Certificate of Completion from Amongst Queens — recognising your training, growth, and commitment. Once you collect your first of these you become a royal student - granting you 10% off your next dance camp.

By making this purchase you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

1. Waiver:
Student acknowledges and agrees that in the course of the services Coach may ask Client questions which may be personal, challenging or disturbing. Student has chosen to undergo dance camp training with or without the written consent of their current health professional. Client waives and releases any claims arising or resulting from Coach’s questions, actions or services except for Coach’s breach of their obligations mentioned above. Student waives that any injuries that occur during the time of training are not responsible or liable by the Coach. The Student takes full responsibility for any injuries that may occur during training. 

2. Cancellations and refunds:
a) The student understands that refunds are only valid on or before 7 days to the offers commencement date. There after all payments are non-refundable.
b) The student acknowledges that in the unlikely circumstance the offer is cancelled or rescheduled they will have the option to transfer their funds into a credit with Get Amongst It now OR sub for a full refund.
c) If the student desires to cancel their enrolment for a refund after the 7 days notice requirement they must provide 4 points of proof as to why they are unable to make it. this consists of, a picture that explains their reason, a written explanation by the student, doctors or medical note to excuse, have a family member confirm via phone call with Nicole. 

3. Intellectual property:

a) The Intellectual Property in the Services or any document or thing related to the services, and any additions or enhancements incorporated into the Services by Get Amongst It Now is owned by Nicole Lilyan Fletcher. 
b) The Student is under no circumstances to recreate, repurpose or reuse any Nicole Lilyan Fletcher’s material to teach to their own customers or communities, resell the content for profit or reuse for any other purposes other than what is outlined in this agreement. 
c) The Intellectual Property in any of the students pre-existing material owned by the student prior to the commencement of this agreement and used in the delivery of the Services is owned by the student. 
d) The student can not use any intellectual property or material of them or others created in the services of Get Amongst It Now for personal gain to make money, advertise or market other services and products that are not associated with Get Amongst It Now.
