Amongst Queens presents 'Erotic Dance camps'. These are training intensives carefully designed by Nicole Lilyan to build your inner confidence and elevate your skills, technique, and performance. Get empowered in our dance styles, Heels, Chair-play,  Booty (aka Twerk) and Sensual Floor Play.

To combat the chronic fear most women have of 'being seen' and 'freely expressing' themselves, Nicole has unique camps designed to get women feeling more comfortable with being seen, freely expressing their sensuality, and loving their bodies.

Each camp provides comprehensive training focused on individually helping each woman leave feeling accomplished, educated, challenged, empowered, and LOVING DANCE.

No, you don't have to wear heels. Wearing heels is completely optional for all of our camps, including the High Heel Camp. If you're interested in learning how to dance in heels, this is the perfect environment to do so — but you're always welcome to participate in whatever footwear makes you feel most comfortable and confident.

No, not at all. Being physically fit is not a requirement to participate in our camps. Many women join specifically to build confidence, improve their fitness, and reconnect with their bodies through dance. All levels are welcome—you simply need the willingness to show up for yourself.

There is no upper age limit. Women from ages 18 to 72 have confidently and successfully taken part in our camps. As long as you are in good health and it is safe for your body, we wholeheartedly encourage you to join—it's never too early or too late to start this empowering journey.

Not at all. No prior dance experience or skill is necessary to join our beginner camps. Our programs are designed to support and empower women of all levels—whether you're stepping onto the dance floor for the first time or simply looking to reconnect with movement in a fun, welcoming environment.

If you know in advance that you'll be unable to attend a session, you may schedule a 1:1 private session at an additional cost, subject to availability. For any unexpected absences, you’re welcome to catch up during our bonus practice classes that are allocated South and North of Perth for $38 per practise class. 

All social media content shared on the Amongst Queens Instagram page is posted with consent. If, for religious, marital, professional, or personal reasons, you prefer not to appear in any marketing materials, please inform us in advance so we can honor your preference. On the day of the performance, you will be grouped with other women who have also requested to remain private, ensuring your comfort and privacy are respected.

For our heels dance classes, it's important to wear specialized stiletto dance heels—not everyday fashion heels or Bloch-style practice heels. The right footwear ensures both your safety and your ability to move confidently.

We recommend heels that offer:

• Non-slip soles (to prevent slipping)

• Non-marking bottoms (to protect dance floors)

• Secure ankle support

• Cushioned insoles for comfort

• Flexible soles to allow full range of movement

Meet the Founder and creator of the Amongst Queens Dance Camps, Nicole Lilyan.

Nicole Began dancing at just 4 years old, growing up in the world of competitive ballroom and performing at a national level across Australia. But after years of pressure and unhealthy expectations in the dance industry, she walked away—convinced she’d never return.

That all changed in 2020, when Nicole reconnected with dance on her own terms—this time, not for trophies or titles, but for healing, joy, and self-expression. Coming back to dance sparked something deeper: a passion to create what she never had growing up—a non-competitive, empowering space where women could feel safe, supported, and celebrated at every stage of their journey.

With over 10 years of experience coaching women in confidence, body image, and personal growth, Nicole brings a thoughtful, heart-led approach to her classes. She’s not just here to teach dance—she’s here to help you feel good in your body, move without fear of judgment, and rediscover the power of feeling sexy, strong, and proud of who you are AND make you proud of your growth in technique.
